About Kings Kode Founder

Taylor Pubins is a former U.S. Space Force officer turned full-stack software engineer. After commissioning from the Air Force Academy in 2016, Taylor spent seven years in space operations and technical program management — managing satellite warning systems, leading developmental test and evaluation, and ultimately overseeing $340M+ in software and cloud infrastructure programs at Space Systems Command in Los Angeles.

In 2023, Taylor completed a 1,500-hour software engineering program at the Turing School of Software & Design, then joined Pinterest as a Full Stack Software Engineer on the Advertiser Growth & Monetization team. At Pinterest, Taylor owned production features across the full stack — from KV Store architectures serving millions of daily requests to real-time data pipelines with Apache Flink and Kafka, to frontend experiences in React TypeScript.

Kings Kode LTD was founded in 2024 to bring that same blend of military program management rigor and modern engineering craft to federal government contracting and commercial software delivery.
